So normally, I would never bash or negatively speak about a company but I feel like this is exactly how Lime Crimes fiasco happened as well.
I originally just came across Lipmonthly from a Instagram post. Me being a lip product junkie I really wanted to try it out. I also thought it would be a great addition to my subscription of Ipsy and that I can review the bags together. I subscribed to the 4 month subscription since I wanted to try it out before committing to a yearly. It took me over a month just to receive my first bag. The shipping took forever. The tracking number got updated super late.
I haven’t posted anything about them before because of two reasons. First, I always got the monthly bags super later, so I thought there was no point in review it since the next bag was already out. Second, the products were nothing special. I didn’t get anything that I was excited about and I didn’t want to speak negatively about a company.
LipMonthly has terrible customer service and procedures. When I originally subscribed to the 4 months, I didn’t know that it was a reoccurring thing, or I would have cancelled right away. I didn’t receive my last two bags (September/October) and they already took out money for the next 4 months!! When I contacted them to complain they said they can do nothing about it since they have a no refund policy. They told me the previous bags will be shipped out.. I didn’t receive a notice or a tracking number. When I contacted them for the tracking number they gave me the wrong one! They gave me another one, which updated today.. again it was the WRONG tracking number going to another province!! It is such a struggle dealing with it.
I still haven’t receive a refund, my previous bags and apparently the November bag is on its way.. if I get it.
I left a comment on their Instagram complaining about the customer service and not receiving my bags, I didn’t get any comments back or a single apology! When I went back to the picture I saw that someone else comment below me complain about a similar issue. A day later both of our comments were deleted. When they posted a new image, more people commented below complaining. I recommended that they screen shot their comment since it will most likely be deleted. And of course it was deleted, not only that but I was blocked from their page a long with the other people leaving negative feedback. This is so ridiculous! Instead of pushing dirt under the rug they should be looking at their policies and improving them based on customer feedback!
I have never been so disgusted by a company before. I thankfully screen shot my comments, please view below. You can go to their Instagram page and see for your self that it was deleted and magically they have no negative feedback. I don’t recommend getting this subscription at all!! These people are scammers, they are just going to take your money. Leave comments below about your experience!

UPDATE: 24/11/2015 I received the WRONG tracking number for the THIRD time!!! I still haven’t gotten my Sept/Oct bags or a refund!!
